Pre-Order Shipping
Our product is currently available on a pre-order basis. All pre-orders are scheduled to be dispatched in July 2025. Orders are fulfilled in the sequence they are received, so ordering earlier means your unit ships earlier within the July dispatch window.
By placing a pre-order you are reserving your unit at the current discounted price and guaranteeing your place in the first shipment batch.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed you will receive an automatic order confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. This email serves as proof of your purchase and contains your order number. Please save this email as you will need your order number for any future correspondence with our support team.
Shipping Notification & Tracking
When your order is dispatched in July you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link. You can use this link at any time to check the real-time status and estimated delivery date of your package.
If you have not received a shipping notification email within 48 hours of your expected dispatch date please check your spam or junk folder. If the email is not there please contact our support team at cozyish.info@gmail.com with your order number and we will assist you immediately.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. We begin processing orders quickly and cannot guarantee address changes once an order is confirmed.

We will do our best to make the correction before dispatch. If the order has already shipped we cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window please contact our support team at cozyish.info@gmail.com within 30 days of your shipping notification date. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the package arrived damaged.
We will investigate with the carrier and where applicable issue a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Pre-Order Delays
In the unlikely event that our July dispatch timeline changes we will notify all pre-order customers immediately by email with a revised shipping date. In this situation you will have the option to either wait for the updated dispatch date or receive a full refund — no questions asked.
Cancellations & Refunds
Pre-orders may be cancelled any time before your order is dispatched for a full refund to your original payment method. Once your order has shipped our standard 30-day money back guarantee applies.
To cancel your pre-order before dispatch contact us at cozyish.info@gmail.com with your order number and the subject line "Pre-Order Cancellation" and we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
